Land & Seas Laboratory is committed to supporting Alaskans who produce consumables or provide industrial services.
We provide clockwise, counterclockwise, and bidirectional calibration for torque drivers and wrenches-- click, beam, dial, digital, electric, and interchangeable wrenches.
Torque tools adjusted to <2% tolerance, not just the industry standard of <4% to pass calibration criteria.
Calibration with minor or moderate adjustments & repairs to meet certificate criteria at no extra charge.

For the best outcome, please be sure to have batteries in the driver or wrench (if required), store and transport the tool in its case, and provide the password if it is a digital tool.

Getting Tools to the Laboratory
Tools are accepted Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. The laboratory is closed on Saturday and Sunday and cannot receive submissions during the weekend. Submissions are also collected from the airport(s) in Anchorage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week.

$10 Challenge
Take 10 minutes to test your torque technique on the calibrator. If you get within 10% of the goal 3 times out of 3 attempts, you get $10. If not, we get $10.
